1. Who is responsible?
The data controller is [OFFICIAL REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], trading as NSA Transport. The registered business address will be added once confirmed. For privacy enquiries email info@nsatransport.nl.
2. What data do we collect?
Through the form we receive your name, email address, telephone number, your collection city when provided and a short description of your transport request. We do not request BSN, identity documents, bank or card information or date of birth.
3. Why do we process it?
We use the information to assess your enquiry, ask follow-up questions, contact you and potentially prepare a proposal. Submitting the form is not a booking and does not create a transport agreement.
4. Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The acknowledgement checkbox only confirms that the Privacy Policy was made available. It is not consent to marketing.
5. Providers and international transfers
The website is delivered through OpenAI ChatGPT Sites with technical infrastructure and subprocessors including Cloudflare. Requests submitted through the quote form are processed by Formspree and forwarded to NSA Transport’s business mailbox hosted by TransIP. TransIP states that email data is stored in the Netherlands. OpenAI, Cloudflare and Formspree may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers are protected through adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary contractual and technical safeguards. Current subprocessor details are available from each provider.
6. Retention
We keep enquiries no longer than needed to handle them and manage follow-up questions or proposals. Enquiries that do not proceed are normally deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact unless longer retention is needed for a legal dispute or legal obligation. Messages forming part of business or tax records may be retained longer when required by law.
7. Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the providers listed above for hosting, secure form processing and business email or when disclosure is legally required.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may also object to certain processing. Send your request to info@nsatransport.nl. We may request information to verify your identity reasonably.
9. Complaints
You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We appreciate the opportunity to investigate your concern first.
10. Cookies and technical data
The website currently uses no advertising or tracking cookies and contains no analytics tools, social feeds, tracking CAPTCHA, Google Maps or YouTube embeds. Strictly necessary technical functions may be used for security, language display and website operation. A cookie banner is therefore not currently shown. We do not include form content or personal information in analytics.
11. Security
Forms are transmitted over HTTPS. We use server-side validation, input limits, spam detection and rate limiting. Email credentials and API keys are not included in frontend code. No method is risk-free but we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures.
12. Contact through WhatsApp
When you choose to contact NSA Transport through WhatsApp you leave our website and use an external service. Information and messages you share through WhatsApp are processed under WhatsApp's own privacy practices and terms. The website uses only a normal wa.me link and does not add WhatsApp tracking code, widgets or cookies.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will always appear on this page.
